AGUIRRE RODEN was selected to provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for this renovation of a 52 story office building located in downtown Dallas. The 10 story building podium will include office, retail and parking areas. Floors 11 through 50 will contain approximately 500 residential units.

Some of the buildings special features will include: new recessed balconies with glass rail in the residential units, new aluminum storefront system at office and retail levels, composite mesh panels, new water feature at lower level, LED lighting throughout and a new “vertical park” at ground level.
